  • We will be happy to ship the items to you for a nominal fee of $5.95 per package.

  • We cannot ship medication which needs to be refrigerated.

  • We can not ship any controlled substances such as phenobarbital, valium, tussigon, etc (if in doubt, please call at 415.861.5725)

  • Please allow five (5) days for delivery.  All Pets Hospital cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If medication is needed sooner, please allow 24 hours for pick-up at our clinic.
